Private Lessons

One to one private lessons are the ultimate way to learn new skills, develop existing techniques and refine strategy.

Additional to private lessons for Muay Thai, we also offer purely fitness based sessions; be that for improvement, weight loss or injury rehabilitation.

​

We have a huge range of customers from 5 to 73 years of age, all with their own individual requirements. Never feel private lessons are not for you, because they can help and be personally customised for everybody and their goals.

​

Primarily Wednesdays and Fridays are used for one to one sessions, but we will always try to be flexible and accommodate you where possible.
